Background:
The client wanted to build a software for sample management for samples used in diagnostic tests. They were looking for a partner to take the ownership of complete software development life cycle from planning to deployment.
Being a research organization, software development was not a core capability.
Managing data related to multiple samples associated with multiple projects and experiments was a challenge. A sample management solution was inevitable.

Developed a web based solution for managing samples and displaying results.
Details:
- Work with the customer representatives for defining the requirements.
- It was agreed that the requirements would change as the product is being built or as the research progresses.
- Design, develop, test and deploy the web-based solution as well as support the customer to host it on cloud.
- The application was configurable; user management including authentication and authorization, adding and editing samples / projects / experiments, etc.
- The application was designed to accommodate change in requirements as the product was built.
- Implemented statistical and mathematical algorithms for analysing sample results.
