Background:
The client wanted to build a software to accompany their diagnostic tests, based on microarray cards. They were looking for a partner to take the ownership of complete software development life cycle from planning to deployment.
Problem Statement:
Being a research organization, software development was not a core capability.
Diagnostics test follow a workflow, the results of which needed to be captured as a part of the end result.
Solution
Overview:
The solution scoped productization of the research. The team developed documentation in line with IEC 62304.
Details:
- Work with the customer representatives for defining the requirements.
- Design, develop, test and deploy the software application.

- b. Analysing the data with statistical and mathematical algorithms thereby predicting the probability of a disease
